All orders are processed within 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please ensure your contact number and delivery details are accurate — this helps couriers reach you quickly and ensures smooth customs clearance.
🌸 Shipping Timeframes
Delivery typically takes 15–20 working days after processing.
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on customs inspections, courier workload, or peak season demand.
We partner with trusted international and South African couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

To make self-care more accessible, all Sacred in Pink products ship directly from our certified manufacturers.
This removes the middleman, reduces markups, and ensures that every woman can experience luxury without overspending.
We have waived all shipping fees, so you only pay for the products you love — not the distance they travel.
🌸 Customs and Import Duties
South African customs require all imported items to include a small import duty and 15% VAT, which will be charged directly by the courier before delivery.
You’ll receive a customs invoice for this fee before your parcel arrives.
In most cases, the customs charge is lower than standard international shipping fees that we’ve already absorbed for you.

Your privacy is sacred.
All orders are delivered in plain, unbranded packaging with no product descriptions visible.
Your purchase will appear on your bank statement as K202xxxx (SOUTH AFRICA) for complete discretion.
🌸 Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver across all nine South African provinces, including rural areas and PUDO box locations.
International delivery is available for select destinations — please contact us before placing your order if you’re outside South Africa.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes due to courier restrictions.
🌸 Delayed or Lost Orders
While rare, occasional delays can occur due to customs or courier backlogs.
If your parcel appears delayed, please contact our Support Team at support@sacredinpink.com, and we’ll assist immediately.
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll replace or refund it after verification with the courier.
🌸 Changes or Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
